Creative Curriculums, Syllabuses, and Learning Methodologies
Our Life Strategist/Coaching Certification methodology is unique within itself. Syllabuses and Curriculums are established according to one's Lifestyle, Vision, and Passion. We have what we call "Life Tailored Curriculums, as well as Visionary Tailored Curriculums/Syllabus, created according to the uniqueness of the student.
Everyone is uniquely created by the Father. Everyone has an Assignment in which they are to help in the expansion of the Father's Will in the earth. However, everyone is not aware of this greatness. Some even have no clue "in how to discover it."
Establishing a "Consulting Zone"
Seeing that people are different, as well as respond to certain things differently, we possess no "cookie cutter approach to consulting, listening, or challenging one creatively." We simply create fresh learning patterns by establishing what we call a "consulting zone," an atmosphere that gets the student/protégé' to look within, as well as help them to DEFINE and ARTICULATE their inward vision, discipline, and creativity."
Our main focus at Kairos is to help lives to live their God ordained identity in a fearless and courageous manner. Therefore our Curriculums and Learning Syllabuses are designed to do just that. Be prepared to do much thinking, writing, and articulation exercises as possible. When Courage and Discipline are discovered, your ability to SEE, PLAN, AND EXECUTE will become purely evident.
How We Establish Your Curriculum, Syllabuses, and Learning Tools
Our Curriculums and Learning Syllabuses are established after what we call a VisionLIFE Assessment. The student will answer questions pertaining to personal vision; global vision; personal discipline; fears, strengths, and anxieties, as well as write a simple "Lifetime Investment" essay, articulating the passion in which they would invest their entire lifetime to do.
**A curriculum will be designed and given approximately 1 week (2 week is maximum) after VisionLIFE Assessment and Lifetime Investment essay is completed.
This in-depth VisionLIFE Assessment will also cause you to discover the validity of your said desire. The dreams of many are not yet valid enough to cause them to endure and embrace the Disciplines that learning will bring. Also, there are many who have yet to "receive the ability to fully articulate a dream, vision, or goal." We believe that a valid desire "is worth the time and investment of WRITING, THINKING, and IMAGINING."
After these things are fully established, we will then have the foundations from which we will help you to "build the Significance that was lying dormant in your heart." You see, the foundation of your desires "are hidden within you." When it is discovered, and trust is established, "you will no longer be afraid to build the Possible." Why not "impossible?" Once the Truth is discovered, what was once considered "impossible" will now become the Most Possible Thing in the world!"
*Everyone who chooses the Certification Process will receive a "Charting the Course Workbook" in which to write plans, notes, Principles, and evaluations.
